Services
Cloudteor provides software design, development and consulting services. Specific deliverables, fees and timelines are defined in individual Statements of Work.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all work product delivered under a paid engagement transfers to the client upon full payment of fees.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement secure and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudteor's liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
